The Congress deliberated and adopted the work report of the seventh Committee of the State Intellectual Property Office of the people's Republic of China of the Communist Youth League and the report on the collection, use and management of League fees. By voting, 17 members of the first committee of the organs directly under the State Intellectual Property Office of the Communist Youth League were elected.

According to the introduction, in recent years, the Youth League Committee of the seventh session of the former State Intellectual Property Office has made great efforts to lead, organize, mobilize, contact and serve the broad masses of young people, and has been more actively involved in the high-quality development of the intellectual property cause.
